Obama: Stop Clinging to Failure America

John on July 21, 2009 at 8:59 am

Remember last April when then candidate Obama was recorded making a statement at a fundraiser in a posh section of San Francisco:

[T]hey get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.

Well, now he’s added health care to the list of things Americans cling to. Watch:

You begin to get the idea that, underneath all his efforts to talk to people like adults, he thinks there are really just two camps: Courageous progressives, e.g. himself and people who agree with him, and backward bumpkins who huddle around failure because they’re too afraid to be more like…him.

It must be an empowering way to see the world. It’s also arrogant, elitist and false. But I wonder if any of that can compare to the psychic kick of seeing oneself as a superhero among benighted mortals.

Obamanure isn’t getting his way, so he’s throwing these unctious temper tantrums. His poll numbers are falling, people feel the country is heading in the wrong direction, and blaming George Bush for everything isn’t working anymore.

Remember the stimulus scheme? Unemployment was at 7% and Obamanure claimed that this legislation would prevent unemployment from reaching 8%. Now unemployment is closer to 10%. That scheme worked real well didn’t it?

This man is a community organizer whose only venture into the business world was when he ran a paper route as a kid. He’s in over his head surrounded by “yes-men” who genuflect at his every utterance.

How are things going in Afghanistan? Poorly. How are we doing with Iran – our poilcy there is virtually nonexistent. How about North Korea? We’re sitting on our hands.

Bottom Line = we’re falling apart here in America and confused in our dealings with foreign affairs. Hillary’s loving it. Expect her, in two years, to resign and then begin a campaign to oust this bozo.
