Here’s the crime:

The two men accused of plotting with a secretary at Coca-Cola Co. to steal trade secrets from the beverage maker and trying to sell them to archrival PepsiCo Inc. each pleaded guilty today to one count of conspiracy.

Here are the questions:

Question #1: If the NY Times decides to publish Coke’s formula on the grounds that the public has a right to know, would they be prosecuted?

Question #2: Would Byron Calame be for or agaist publication?

Question #3: Would George W. Bush be to blame?

Answers: Yes, Who cares, Always.
