Health Reform: Obama vs. Orszag

Peter Orszag works for President Obama as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Before being picked for that job, he was the Director of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), which is a non-partisan economic analysis body working for Congress. While CBO Director, Orszag issued a report on Health Care Reform in November 2007. Compare what he had to say then with what President Obama was saying last week:
