It’s a video that was considered so inflammatory it would have resulted in an unfair trial.
But now Florida Judge Belvin Perry is considering releasing the footage of acquitted murder suspect Casey Anthony, 25, apparently learning that the body of a child had been found near her home.
The video tape reportedly shows Anthony reacting badly to news reports of the body’s discovery near her home, which was later revealed to be that of her two-year-old daughter Caylee…
The Orlando Sentinel claims the video shows her double over and begin to hyperventilate when prison officials at Orange County jail told her a meter reader had found a child’s remains…the court sealed the video in June 2009 because its public release could be ‘highly inflammatory’ and the defendant’s right to a fair trial could be breached, reported ABC.
I guess the word “prejudicial” means evidence she is so obviously guilty that even the moron jury in Florida would get it. Here’s the video describing the battle to make it public now:
