Olbermann’s Back and Pompous as Ever

John on June 21, 2011 at 10:05 am

Hey, it’s the Keith Olbermann show in a new, shabbier studio, but with the same head-swelling pomposity you’ve come to expect from the KO brand. According to one of the 12 people who watched it, Keith’s guests included Michael Moore, John Dean and Markos Moulitsas. Or as I like to call them, the fat, the rat and the moonbat. Here’s a little sample of Keith and Markos:

In case you’re curious about what could piss off Joe Scarborough and the MSNBC brass, it was just a little insinuation Markos made:

Moulitsas was banned from MSNBC programming in May 2010 after he insinuated, during a Twitter fight with Scarborough, that the former Republican congressman was somehow responsible for the death of his congressional staffer Lori Klausutis in 2001—a fact not mentioned on Countdown—and then refused to apologize for the slander.

Markos said something wildly irresponsible and refused to apologize? In other words, just Markos “screw them” Moulitsas being himself. The real question is why they ever allowed him on in the first place.

Welcome back, Keith. You never disappoint.
