Peter Frampton is Controlling My Brain

You know when you hear a certain song on the radio and you can’t stop singing it all day. Well, yesterday I heard this song on the radio and I can’t seem to go 30 minutes without coming back to it. So I thought I’d share my Frampton virus with you:

It really is one of the more poetic bits of popular music:

Moon appears to shine and light the sky,
With the help of some fireflies,
Wonder how they have the power to shine, shine, shine,
I can see them, under the pine.
But don’t hesitate…

I can see the sunset in your eyes,
Brown and grey, and blue besides,
Clouds are stalking islands in the sun,
Wish I could buy one, out of season.
But don’t hesitate…

Ack! I’m helpless against it.
